NCVO are hosting some webinars on trustee disputes and remote volunteering opportunities.
The first webinar is titled "How to manage trustee disputes" and will be taking place on Tuesday 19 November from 2pm to 3pm.
"Some disagreement between trustees is healthy. It can be a useful part of offering constructive challenge within a collective group of decision makers. This webinar explores the steps you can take to prevent a serious disagreement or conflict:
Within your board
Between members of your board and an employee or volunteer.
And understanding the options available if conflict does happen."
And the other is called "Creating inclusive and accessible remote volunteering opportunities", hosted on Tuesday 10 December from 10am to 11:30am.
