The Trustee Toolkit Workshop
These relaxed and engaging sessions will help Trustees to explore and develop their understanding of the Charity Governance Code.
This series of regular workshops or discussions are designed to support trustees with effective, time conscious and relevant information to not only assist them to develop their own personal development plan but to learn and work as a board.
It is a mechanism using the framework of the excellent Charity Governance Code https://www.charitygovernancecode.org/en to assist Trustees to get to know what it is that they do not know yet, which may be integral to a better led and more resilient organisation.
